1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred
2) Six sigma belt certifications desired
3) Must be able to obtain Installation Access Card
4) Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable
5) Minimum 10 years Project Management or Construction Management experience
6) Minimum 7 years’ experience in supervising the employees
7) Five years of Project Management experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity of a similar project, department or branch related to these functions.
8) Preferred background in Military installation base support/infrastructure management
Must have qualifications:
- B.Tech Civil
- 5+ years’ experience in the same field
- Must be certified from KSE (license)
- High School Degree
- Must be able to obtain Installation Access Card
- Must have access to Journeyman’s Electrician license
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in the same field is required
Must have qualifications:
- 1) Must be able to obtain Installation Access Card
- 2) Acceptable Journeyman’s Electrical License
- 3) A valid driving license and the ability to obtain an Installation Operator’s License.
- 4) 5 to 7 years’ experience in the same field.
Must have qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in the same field
- 5+ years’ experience in the same field (or Equal combination of education/training and experience)
- 5+ years’ experience with trade certifications
- Must have mechanical diploma
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Education can be substituted with work experience on a year for year basis
- Must possess a driver’s license from the country of origin for the purpose of obtaining an Installation Operators License
- Must be able to obtain installation access card.
- 14 + years’ experience in Electrical experience
- Must have an excellent understanding of all safety directives and policies regarding the operation of equipment.
- Must have an acceptable Master’s Electrician License
- Must have basic computer skills
- Thorough knowledge in Electrical codes
- 1) Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (one year of experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required)
- 2) 5+ years’ experience as Mechanical Engineer
- 3) Must be certified from KSE (license)
- 4) Must have thorough knowledge in Mechanical codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations
- 5) Strong numeracy and IT skills
- 6) Previous exposure to mechanical/HVAC design capability in commercial project design, retail or related markets.
Must have qualifications:
- 1) Diploma or relevant education in Mechanical field
- 2) 4 to 7 years’ experience in the same field
- 3) Must be able to obtain an Installation Access Card
- 4) A valid Driving license in order to obtain an Installation Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License is required
- 5) Industry and Trade certifications is required
- 6) Hands on experience in electrical circuits, power cables, controls, and motors
- 7) Must possess strong knowledge in a skilled trade (electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, etc.)
- 8) Knowledge of US Army Safety Guidelines and OSHA standards preferred.
Must have qualifications:
- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical or any related field
- 5+ years’ experience in the same field
- Must have home country Driving License in order to acquire an Installation Operator’s license.
- minimum High school degree. Bachelor’s degree or associated degree is preferred
- 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Must be able to obtain Installation Access Card
- Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver’s License
- Must have experience in data processing and /or record keeping
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required)
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in the construction field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising employees
- Experience in supporting DOD construction efforts a strong plus
- Working knowledge of a variety of construction techniques like HVAC, Electrical, Civil and structural
- OSHA construction safety certification with competency in one of the 5 Hazard Areas
- Ability to read and understand construction schedules, building plans, CAD and “As built” drawings.
