  • Organize and supervise team activities to meet project objectives in compliance with AIP policy and procedures
  • Manage and execute multiple of projects/accountable/responsible for project life cycle from initiation, execution plan, cost control, and ensuring successful deliverables/closeout and balance various aspects to ensure proper execution according to desired KPIs.
  • Act as the main focal point in project execution between AIP end-users, E&C Team, and project external contractors/vendors and provide project updates to the E&C department management hierarchy.
  • Monitor & Control costs and expenditures throughout the project’s life cycle ensuring actual project deliverables/documentation are met against payment terms and maintain report deviations to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with Project execution & AIP operational procedures.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect all products and lining activities for quality assurance.
  • Assists Labours to dismantle the existing FRP.
  • Estimate repair times, plan for materials, and coordinate jobs with the Team leader.
  • Will be responsible for the internal lining of the tanker and patch repair job with fiberglass.
  • Capable to use modern fiberglass fabrication techniques.
  • Ensures safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • Performs tasks such as field checks, equipment preparation, and samples.
  • Aligns operational activities with plant and business goals.
  • Implements pre-set operational parameters, quantities, quality, and specifications.
  • Participates in overall operations and makes proposals for performance improvement.
  • Coordinates with Maintenance and Inspection Sections for necessary maintenance and inspection activities.
  • Handles various types of work permit systems.
  • Ensures safe working and good housekeeping practices.
  • Handles sufficient work permits as needed.
  • Uses process knowledge and skills for improvements in operating disciplines.
  • Performs process equipment troubleshooting, improvements, and preventive maintenance.
  • Adds chemical dosing and mixes necessary solutions.
  • Operates belt conveyors, flakers, compressors, blowers, fans, and pumps.
  • Conducts routine operations and reports discrepancies.
  • Collects operating data and records it on log sheets.
  • Ensures all irregularities are registered and reports defects.
  • Uses troubleshooting skills to resolve process deviations.
  • Participates in planning for turnarounds and prepares necessary inspection and maintenance job lists.
  • Supervises and participates in Root Cause investigations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop plant-specific improvement lists, implement business guidelines, and assess performance data.
  • lead debottlenecking, monitor efficiency enhance production capacity while maintaining correspondence with technology suppliers.
  • Bachelor of science-Engineering in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, and industrial or relevant.
  • Primary contact with technology center, licensor, and unit vendors.
  • Daily and monthly analysis of plant performance data.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies for plant performance.
  • Assisting E&C DL in developing plant-specific improvement plans.
  • Economic evaluation of improvement ideas.
  • Supporting Production Engineers in operations units.
  • Collaborating with unit reliability engineer to improve plant Asset Mechanical Reliability.
  • Defines project scope and documentation.
  • Supports Project Leaders in implementing and delivering business results.
  • Participation in consultant report analysis, LOPA, RC/PHA, LPP studies.
  • Active participation in HAZOP studies, risk assessment, root cause investigation, and process safety analysis.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • The role involves managing supply, analysing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It involves purchasing value-added services, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
  • Assist in identifying new suppliers for commodities, monitor supplier performance, and initiate communication with them to maintain good relationships, execute contracts, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinates technical input with internal clients and suppliers, resolves end-user inquiries, and studies requirements to ensure operational continuity and consistency in purchase orders and procurement system procedures.

  • Verifying vendor and customer information, inter-company payment statements, and balances to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and commissions.
  • Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international rules and regulations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, operating systems, and software.
  • Detection and remediation of faults and hardware/software repairs.
  • Virus removal and data recovery.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of firewall and network infrastructure.

  • The role involves supervising subordinates, managing resources, providing direction, developing analytical technologist qualifications, controlling inventory, preparing budgets, and supervising laboratory store activities for efficient work within the Laboratory Shift team.
  • Coordinates daily laboratory operations, manages shift operations, and ensures compliance with quality, production, safety, and environmental targets.
  • Lead technical support, coach shift team, conduct calibration checks, perform special/complex analyses, supervise testing and chemical treatment of drinking, industrial, and wastewater, and ensure compliance with fire, safety, and laboratory rules.
  • Tests scales, sludges, and chemicals, reviews results, supervises solution preparation, blends, and manages lab instruments for quality and cost-effective work.

  • Handling visas, licenses, and government paperwork, ensuring timely completion of formalities, monitoring costs, managing invoices, and updating policies, procedures, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Overseeing insurance policies, preparing medical claims, managing employee additions/deletions, updating compensation lists, and acting as a liaison with the insurance company.

SECRETARY / OFFICE ASSISTANT
