  • Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through  collection and analysis of financial data
  • Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators.

  • Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
  • Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage and help Finance Manager in managing the profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the business unit as a member of the management team, to fully understand the key business drivers, processes and needs of current challenges as well as future strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Setup and follow the process for operational support to Business and Customers.
  • Strategize the operational tools and systems required to be in place for better control and monitoring of systems. Involve in selection, setup etc.
  • Operational responsibility for Business IT resources and Business IT Budget
  • Collaborate with IT and the business, utilizing business intelligence and analysis to integrate technology differentiators into the business and Program planning cycle.
  • Providing support as defined to Management and team including word processing, secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences in its respective segregated files
  • Providing Managing Calendar/schedule/coordinating meetings and writing and communicating minutes of meetings, business memos and circulations.
  • Manage complex and ever changing travel arrangements and diaries
  • Handle the administrative tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively co-manage organization wide annual pay planning process (salary and bonus) and all steps in the process thereof 
  • Responsible for external market compensation benchmarking surveys- participation, analysis and action planning
  • Research, analyze and develop competitive market benchmarking for compensation structures for various Business Units using compensation reports and other data sources
  • Responsible for the design and review of Business Unit specific short-term incentives/ variable pay
  • Collaborate closely with the HR business partners and recruitment teams to facilitate attraction, motivation and retention of talent
  • Support staffing activities by conducting job evaluation, competitive benchmarking and structuring of new hire and promotion offers
  • Analyze internal rewards data and effectiveness of compensation programs
  • Design, develop and review reward policies, guidelines and procedures to be consistent with company objectives

  • Performing requirements analysis. Develop business requirements into user stories, epics and business requirement documentation as required.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Design to-be solution including functional design and process design.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Producing deliverables ensuring timing completion.
  • Managing vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Assess potential technology solutions & vendors, developing scorecards and recommendations to business & IT teams. 

Job Responsibilities

  • In consultation with the Internal Audit Management, design test plans and independently perform substantive audit procedures as per defined test plan.
  • Deliver engagements including the mandatory statutory compliance audits with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare working papers in accordance with departmental procedures and best practice.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit, statutory compliance, and investigations reports to articulate engagement findings.
  • Perform special audits, including the investigations of suspected incidents of fraud.
  • Provide support in companywide risk assessments activities for the preparation of the annual audit plan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit the various governmental & intergovernmental sectors on daily basis to follow up, issue & renew licenses and permits related to F&B.
  • Support in resolving any obstacles regarding F&B within the governmental and intergovernmental sectors facing the process of the issuance, renewal & follow-up of licences through strong relationships.
  • Reporting updated information regarding all governmental and intergovernmental procedures newly applied on F&B matters.
  • Maintaining licenses and permits related office systems.
  • Working with Head of Enterprise Architecture to define, mature and maintain the EA strategy and framework 
  • Drive adherence to EA technical standards and leading practices (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) 
  • Provide architecture governance, guidance, policy, process, solutions and technology leadership business unit or technology domain
  • Maintain and execute a sustainable and comprehensive roadmap for EA domains in alignment with business/ IT strategy 
  • Establish and run EA governance & stakeholder management mechanisms, integral to overall IT demand management 
  • Provide architecture guidance, governance and solutions to complex enterprise problems 
  • Create high level solution blueprints for business initiatives leading into sound investment decisions and/or exploitation of existing 
  • IT assets 
  • Provide EA services and an “Architecture Centre of Excellence” capability to progammes and projects 
  • Deliver architecture governance and ensure projects’ adherence to EA by running domain specific Design Authorities 
  • Collaborate with and guide IT change delivery, IT services, PMO, 3rd party SIs, software vendors and technology services to ensure
