  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify the needs of customers, provide accurate solutions, and give satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns, and complaints as soon as possible.
  • Call URC customers and potential customers whenever needed to inform them about the company’s new products, services, policies, … etc.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Document all customer interactions and tickets in the (CRM) system
  • Regularly reviewing and updating the customers information in the (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the call center supervisor and the other call center agents to improve the customer service.
  • Ensure to follow the customers service script provided by the company.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant/contractor/vendor inquiries or requests for approval via email or phone.
  • Provides timely and professional response to inquiries and requests for information or approval, or directs to the appropriate team member as required.
  • Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments for the VP-Property Management.
  • Prepares key correspondences, draft memos, and creates reports and presentations.
  • Organizes and issues work permits and access cards based on tenant requirements following established procedures. · Maintains organized records of tenants’ files and correspondence.
  • Provides administrative support, follows up on queries and requests for tenants and visitors.
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or directed by the line manager.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in graphic design, a higher diploma is a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar field
  • Prior experience in advertising, web design, animation and has experience in branding and rebranding
  • Familiar with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop programs
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD program is an added value Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred
  • Both Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred 
  • Understand the creative and business needs to determine the presentation of illustrative material and copy in order to design rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Develop innovative ideas and themes in graphical form for corporate and project requirements
  • Prepare graphics and layouts for all visual communication material such as branding, advertisements, and marketing collaterals
  • Create advertising designs, web designs, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts
  • Design all communication material for indoor and outdoor usage, in addition to for soft and hard copies of communication and marketing material
  • Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and preferences of the customers
  • Identify specifications and material for all print collaterals
  • Oversee the printing needs of communication material as per specifications and corporate guidelines, and coordinate between internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Work closely with Communication Manager to ensure that the content on the designs are well written and are in line with the company’s communication strategy
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for efficient execution of promotional activities, marketing events and production of collaterals; Work with them to design and innovate forthcoming campaigns/events and promotional material to ensure timely delivery and quality
  • Maintain records of marketing expenses, agency fees and regularly update management on budget expenditure and overall costs
  • Ensure that campaign designs are conceptualized on time in order to procure collateral for corporate or project marketing materials, advertisements etc. 
  • Ensure adherence to the corporate brand guidelines (branding layout and display, media preference, media buying/planning norms, etc.) in all marketing initiatives
  • Support the Marketing and Communications Managers in identifying vendors for specific services and develop long-term relationships on behalf of URC
  • Support development in illustrating and designing floorplans as well as visual and architect materials
  • Support all URC departments with graphic design, presentations and printing
  • Source vendors for gifts and giveaways for corporate and specific URC projects
  • Assist corporate communication with company events through planning, organizing and execution
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by the AVP – Marketing
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role
  • Set performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with his/her direct manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with CIA, CA, ACCA or CPA
  •  Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken) 
  •  Audit Report writing skills. 
  •  Minimum 3 years of prior experience in internal audit, preference in similar industry 
  •  Industry Experience is a PLUS 
  •  Internal Audit Firm experience is a PLUS 
  • Responsible for project Document Control management including hard and digital copies. 
  • Manage all communications, maintain logs, and ensure distribution of communications to all concerned stakeholders in accordance with the approved communication matrix. 
  • Manage reception, appointments, phone calls, faxes and other communications. 
  • Assist in gathering the necessary information and/or documents required for periodical reports, preparation, assemblage, and submission in timely manner, as well as taking site progress photographs for the projects whenever requested. 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, ensure that the conference facilities and equipment are fully functioning. Distribute the minutes of meeting. 
  • Maintain up to date register of all project documents, drawings and submittals, contractual documents and prompt reminder for pending and/or delayed actions. 
  • Maintain up to date register of all material samples, brochures, technical manuals. 
  • Assist in drafting letters, preparation of reports
  • Assist in logistical and follow-up support with urgent documentation concerning various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
  • English and Arabic communication skills are required
  • Assists in the planning, development and implementation of HR strategy with a specific accountability for organizational development and rewards, including payroll and benefits administration. 
  • Controls and maintains a wide variety of performance and rewards data, including payroll budget and cost information (such as indemnity and leave provisions, salary, variable pay, employee share options etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and procedures of URC and its Group Companies. 
  • Assists the HR Director in developing the annual HR budgets. 
  • Proposes enhancements and changes in HR policies, procedures and practices to improve employee experience, strengthen controls and automate processes. 
  • Designs, reviews and updates employee handbook as per policy changes. Generates periodic HR reports, analysis and other relevant information and trends, performing predictive analysis to support the decision-making process. 
  • Responsible for coordination of HR system enhancements, troubleshooting and related projects to ensure that all requirements are presented in a timely manner, solutions are tested, and collaboration with cross functional teams. 
  • Provides HR support services to the business and staff and serves as a point of contact for all HR activities and tasks related to performance management, employee development, succession planning, engagement, rewards, and HR systems.
