Job Opportunity: Paralegal / Legal Assistant
We are currently looking for a dedicated Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience working with legal documents and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the legal department through document management, legal analysis, and coordination with external law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze legal documents, decisions, and articles, along with other relevant data and statutes, to gather and evaluate information.
- Manage filing and record-keeping processes.
- Conduct document review and processing.
- Coordinate and follow up with external law firms to ensure effective communication.
- Control the flow of information within the legal department.
- Draft legal notices and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance and relevant legal laws.
- Exceptional organizational, research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الامتثال والقوانين القانونية ذات الصلة.
- مهارات استثنائية في التنظيم، والبحث، والتحليل، والتفكير النقدي.
- إتقان ممتاز لبرامج Microsoft Office، بما في ذلك Outlook و Word و Excel.
