Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the IT strategic objectives.
- Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
- Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP (designated portfolios) to best fit within the Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 14 years of experience.
Required Skills:
- SAP certification in SAP FICO/Analytics/ BI/BO and or PMP
Responsibilities:
1. Establish ways to apply technology to business processes, with specialization in core module of Service Operations.
2. Monitor SAP Service Business Process on updates and innovative solutions to improve user experience (UX).
3. Monitor ICT project planning, resource and budget and overall project administration.
4. Research and provides information on technical trends.
5. Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions.
6. Monitor the project timelines, quality guidelines of project deliverables and detect any variances; Take corrective action/s as required to streamline the project schedules.
7. Contribute to information technology systems integration into the business by guiding employees on using technology in an efficient manner.
8. Review the training presentations to the employees in order to enhance the technical know-how and applications in the business.
9. Review the periodic reports on the status of implementation processes.
10. Assess technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements.
11. Analyze the business technical requirements and recommend viable options, which best suit, the requirements and deliver optimized results.
12. Monitor the documentation of the installation process and other project information, providing consulting help whenever needed.
13. Manage business crisis, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
14. Maintain up to date information on the latest technologies and knowledge of ABAP in addition to specialization on any one or more modules.
- Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree with 12 years of experience OR Diploma in Computer Science with 12 years of experience. (Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP related experience, and minimum 4 end-to-end SAP implementation experience)
- Certification and Licensure: SAP Certification in any module/ PMP
