Receives Allocated work, examines and assesses work under guidance of technicians, repairs work of semi-skilled nature on a variety of vehicles mechanical parts (Engine, Transmission, Suspension etc.) and other parts when required.
1. Learn how to carry out repair work of Mechanical, Electrical, Welding or painting nature.
2. Learn how to carry out straight forward, medium repair work under general supervision of new trainee’s supervisor in location and observe simple and small repairs by skilled tradesmen.
3. Learn how to disassemble, dismantle, and reassemble certain parts of engine, electrical systems under instructions and close supervision (On job training) extend to new technology.
4. Perform simple duties of normal nature with regard to experience level in any one of the assigned areas of trade specialization.
5. Perform other related duties as instructed workshop manager / Workshop Supervisor.
6. Comply with the group’s standard for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
7. Receive training from training certified sources on advanced repair and maintenance methods whilst learning to use tools and equipment safety and effectively while in initial training or with introduction of new technology.
8. Learn and execute all Toyota Way and S.O.Ps.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Represent the Company in Government court and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, or manage or advise the Management on legal transactions.
1. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements.
2. Review the local and overseas agreements / contracts on a regular basis.
3. Counsel the employees/managers on issues leading to legal implications.
4. Represent the Company in the Judiciary, Investigation Department, Court Experts and other Public Authorities on advice of the Group Manager, Legal Services.
5. Formulate Drafts of the company Agreements and Contracts, legal documents and acknowledgements.
6. Prepare and review the case files and submit it to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services for instituting court cases.
7. Monitor the court cases, review the status of pending cases and offer solutions for quick disposals, submit the case file to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services after the final judgment.
8. Review and follow up on the daily updates provided by the external lawyers and execution staff regarding Al Sayer Group legal cases.
9. Formulate and submit the report on pending issues or trials to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services.
10. Attend and represent the Company in all collection cases before all the prosecution departments in Kuwait.
11. Review and approve the credit approvals of sister companies.
12. Carry out all responsibilities as MR for QMS.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Law with 8 years of experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.

Sell automotive rental and leasing services to businesses and individuals to achieve car rental sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
Operational:
1. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, requests for proposals, industry ads, trade shows, internet web sites, business directories, personal contacts, customer’s database, etc…
2. Visit customers periodically to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding automotive rental and leasing programs and explain advantages of car rental and leasing, such as reduced capital expenditures, resale value, etc…
3. Visit customers with Finance department assigned staff in order to evaluate customers’ financial status and collect the require documents.
4. Recommend type and number of vehicles needed to satisfy customer needs.
5. Compute rental and leasing charges, based on such factors as length of contract, anticipated mileage, etc…
6. Prepare quotations as per RAC rates and procedures published on VMS and forwarded to the customers.
7. Negotiate with the customers on the price up to approval limit and close deals as per RAC profitability ratios.
8. Coordinate with Sales department on vehicle availability and communicate with the customer accordingly.
9. Collect required customer documents and raise credit request to secure credit and legal department approvals.
10. Prepare rental and leasing contracts, and coordinate delivery of cars to the customers.
11. Maintain prospective customers database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve customer complaints.
12. Contact customer for payment delay as per Finance department request.
13. Check and verify the black listed customer before proceed sales request.
