Key Responsibilities:

- · Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development (F&B/Retail Field).
- · Excellent command of the English language.
- · Knowledge of various training methodologies.
- · Excellent presentation abilities.
- · Local hiring in Kuwait only.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer at Al Rifai Arabia located in Hawally. The Legal Officer will be responsible for tasks such as managing trademark applications, legal documentation review & preparation, conducting research, communication and assisting with various legal and administrative tasks.
- · Coordinate with relevant departments for the requirements for registrations and renewals of contracts and trademarks.
- · Track the status of pending trademark and IP applications.
- · Monitor deadlines for application submissions; ensuring all requirements are met.
- · Maintain organized files for contracts and trademark applications; and related documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
- · Prepare regular reports on the status of trademark registration and upcoming deadlines.
- · Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
- · Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property; and Trademark application & registration process.
- · Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Administrative Assistance.
- · Strong command of the English language.
- · Previous experience in a legal role focusing on trademark law or intellectual property.
- · Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- · Local hiring in Kuwait only.
