- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum (10) years of experience in the estimation & tendering field for Special construction projects, including US Army projects and industrial and Private Ownership projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation methods and techniques is essential.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be fluent in Arabic
- Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
- Construction Knowledge: A deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is necessary to estimate costs accurately.
