RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization’s technology strategy.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
- MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist with the installation and configuration of computing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computing systems and networks.
- Assist with the maintenance and upgrading of computing equipment.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on computing projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, with knowledge of computing systems and technologies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
- MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in computing engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that align with the organization’s strategy.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to the organization’s sales strategy.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
- MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
