RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization’s technology strategy.
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
  • MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with the installation and configuration of computing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computing systems and networks.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upgrading of computing equipment.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on computing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, with knowledge of computing systems and technologies.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
  • MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in computing engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that align with the organization’s strategy.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to the organization’s sales strategy.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
  • MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
