• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 8-10 years of overall experience, with 4-5 years in implementation of HCM software solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge of HCM solutions, with a strong background in project management or pre-sales.
• Proven experience in multiple implementations from a pre-sales perspective.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence HR and management stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Filed.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud sales, particularly in Oracle solutions, with a strong focus on infrastructure and platforms.
• Experience working with OEMs or System Integrators, ideally within the Kuwaiti market.
• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven sales expertise with a successful track record in cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Expertise in Oracle DRCC, Alloy, and OCI, with experience in the MENA region preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex, scalable cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically with Oracle solutions.
• Background with OEMs or System Integrators, ideally within the Kuwaiti market.
• Fluent in Arabic, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
