- Prepare and update the trial balance report while ensuring accuracy of financial data and obtaining the details from the financial team
- Prepare accurate reports and financial statements and produce the end-of-year financial statements (i.e. balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement)
- Ensure the proper validation of all financial costing and inventory data on the system.
- Managing periodical inventory count process
- Prepare Project Costing Sheets
- Identify any variances in the financial costing and inventory records and coordinate with the respective departments to justify the variances before submitting to the Accounts Manager to rectify the errors (if any)
- Monitor and manage credit limits and collections
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience-Finance, Costing, Inventory.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Accounting software applications
- Advanced ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial data
Roles and Responsibilities
- INSPECTION OF THE FACILITIES AND IDENTIFY MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS WITH ADEQUATE REPORTING OF THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE ENCOUNTERED
- ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, RECORD & FORMULATE REPORTS RELATED TO ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED
- ABLE TO PLAN FOR MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY (PREVENTIVE/CORRECTIVE) ALONG WITH COMMUNICATION PLANNING (SPECIALLY FOR EXTERNAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS)
- ABLE TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALLY WITHOUT MISTAKES
- COORDINATE EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES (WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO MACHINES THAT ARE OPERATING UNDER WARRANTY)
- ADHERE TO SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS DURING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES (WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO FOOD SAFETY ISSUES)
- ABLE TO CREATE AND COMMUNICATE WORK INSTRUCTION FOR MACHINES OPERATION (WHICH INCLUDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING WORK INSTRUCTIONS)
- ABLE TO TRAIN THE MAINTENANCE TEAM AND ADEQUALITY SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY WHEN NEEDED
- ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT MACHINE PROBLEMS, IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSES AND MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS NEEDED
- ABLE TO UPDATE THE MAINTENANCE PRACTICES AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVING MN ACTIVITIES
- 6-10 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE SUPERVISION & MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
- VACUUM THERMOFORMING MACHINES / VACUUM PUMPS
- SOLENOID S AND FLOW SWITCH REGULATORS / FUMIGATION TUNNEL OPERATIONS
- AUTOMATIC WEIGHING AND VERTICAL SEALING MACHINES AND OPERATIONS
- SHRINK WRAPPING, CELLOPHANE WRAPPING (HEAT BASED WRAPPING AND CUTTING OPERATIONS AND MACHINES)
- AUTOMATIC SORTING BASED ON MACHINE VISION
- FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
- REFRIGERATION SYSTEM – BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS
- UTILITY MANAGEMENT – STABILIZERS / AIR COMPRESSORS / ELECTRICAL MAPPING

- Process daily cash & cheuqs deposits in banks.
- Process foreign & local bank transfers TT letter
- Process the new (LC’s / LG’s) applications
- Process (LC’s / LG’s) in ERP system
- Daily Monitoring all bank’s balances
- Day to day recording bank’s transactions
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Process the receipt & payment vouchers (Cash & Cheuqs)
- Create the customers payment link’s & following up receiving
- Preparing all related reports for bank’s & cash as per management requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial role
- Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and forecasting skills.
