We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Improvement / Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving quality and excellence within a leading telecom service provider.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001) and Excellence Models (EFQM).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of Business Processes.
Telecom industry experience is an advantage.
Education and Certification:
University degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
ISO Certified Lead Auditor or any specialization in Process / Process Improvement Methodology.
Expertise in quality management practices.
Familiarity with lean improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma Green Belt, TQM, Kaizen, etc.
