Real Estate Construction and Fabrication Company (RECAFCO) is a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed) established in 1976. RECAFCO is currently classified by the Central Agency for Public Tenders of the State of Kuwait as a class (1) for general contracting and falls under category (4) for infrastructure projects. RECAFCO specializes in precast concrete manufacturing as well as the construction of mega projects. Within these two industries, we boast a reputable track record, evident in the community we strive to serve, to deliver the utmost satisfaction of our customers.
Over the last forty years, RECAFCO has gained expertise that is implemented in all areas of our projects using the latest technology. These projects consist of government buildings, private institutions, multi-story car parking’s, commercial complexes, shopping centers, schools, and residential cities which include neighborhood centers such as mosques, health centers, grocery stores, etc.
RECAFCO has been deemed as one of the few prestigious establishments in the precast concrete manufacturing and erection business in Kuwait. Our reputation is due to the diverse experience we have gained over four decades manufacturing vast products such as electrical substations, government building fronts, oil sector establishments, as well as various projects in the private industry.
RECAFCO currently amasses an area of 80,000 square meters, and has a specialized equipment and mixers for the production of precast concrete elements including the Hollowcore Factory and special GRC Factory to produce the latest models and architectural designs according to customer requirements such as beams, columns, roof units, walls, ground units and other units.
RECAFCO is certified throughout various institutions and holds several certificates for our top-grade quality of production and fabrication which are: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
- Source and screen potential candidates through different platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and related HR functions.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual – Arabic & English
We seek a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipments.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of electrical Codes, Drawings and Regulations
- 18 – Transferable Residency
