Kuwait Cement Ready Mix Company (K.C.R.M) was incepted in August 2010 with a paid up capital of KD 10,000,000 (Ten Million Kuwaiti Dinars). The company is completely owned by Kuwait Cement Company.

The Company began its operations on January 10, 2011 producing the ready mix through its plant at Al Sulaibiya, Al Sulaibiya Industrial Area, block 1, plot 3. The company built its second plant at Al Sulaibiya and equipped it with up-to-date equipment and hi-technology. It is one of the most developed plants in the State of Kuwait.

Leaders of the Ready mix market in Kuwait with over six plants around Kuwait to meet our customer needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Identify and qualify new sales leads and convert them into profitable customer relationships.

Generate quotes and proposals based on project specifications and customer needs.

Assist customers in selecting the right concrete mix for their project requirements.

Provide technical expertise and answer questions about concrete products and services.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.

Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Track sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.

May participate in job site visits to assess project needs and provide technical support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cement concrete ready mix and construction materials industry.

Strong understanding of the ready-mix concrete industry and its products.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English is and added advantage

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
