Position: Senior Officer, Inventory Control

Job ID: 13734

Job Summary/Purpose:

The Senior Officer, Inventory Controller, is responsible for ensuring that documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Update and upload the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) received from principals onto the Inventory Management System; update all Air/VOR invoices in the SAP system.
2. Prepare Air/VOR, special orders, purchase orders, and supplier quotations, and arrange to secure necessary approvals.
3. Provide timely updates on GCC inquiries and branch inquiries regarding GCC parts.
4. Update the Parts Order Status Sheet (POSS) in IMS/SAP (Air/VOR) received from principals.
5. Submit order forecast details to suppliers upon approval from the Senior Manager.
6. Generate order dispatch summary reports, receipts summary reports, and stock month reports and submit them to the Senior Manager.
7. Update parts and accessories information to branches in a timely manner.
8. Analyze the Outstanding Purchase Order Report and seek explanations for delays from principals.
9. Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for ETA/ETD status after shipment/invoice.
10. Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to the Senior Supervisor.

مسؤول أول، مراقب المخزون مسؤول عن ضمان إعداد الوثائق بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

1. تحديث وتحميل البيانات الإلكترونية المستلمة من المبدأ في نظام إدارة المخزون؛ تحديث جميع فواتير Air/VOR في نظام SAP.
2. إعداد أوامر Air/VOR، والأوامر الخاصة، وأوامر الشراء، وعروض الأسعار من الموردين، وترتيب الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
3. تقديم تحديثات فورية بشأن استفسارات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي واستفسارات الفروع المتعلقة بأجزاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
4. تحديث ورقة حالة الطلبات (POSS) في IMS/SAP (Air/VOR) المستلمة من المبدأ.
5. تقديم تفاصيل توقعات الطلبات للموردين بعد الحصول على موافقة المدير الأول.
6. إنشاء تقارير ملخص شحن الطلبات، وتقارير ملخص الاستلام، وتقارير شهر المخزون، وتقديمها إلى المدير الأول.
7. تحديث معلومات الأجزاء والملحقات للفروع في الوقت المناسب.
8. تحليل تقرير الطلبات المعلقة وطلب تفسيرات عن التأخيرات من المبدأ.
9. ضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب مع الموردين بخصوص حالة ETA/ETD بعد الشحن/الفاتورة.
10. تحديد مجالات التحسين والتوصية بأفكار كايزن أو اقتراحات للمدير الأول.
