About the Role
This is a full-time role for Draughtsman (Civil) located in Ahmadi. As a Draughtsman (Civil), you will play a vital role in producing technical drawings and plans that guide construction activities. You will work closely with engineers, surveyors, and the construction team to translate design concepts and specifications into precise drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a draughtsman, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms
- Strong technical drawing skills, with the ability to create accurate and detailed drawings from design concepts and specifications
- Experience in KOC is advantageous
- Must have valid transferable residency in Kuwait
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD software based on project requirements, sketches, and design specifications
- Generate 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to illustrate design concepts and facilitate project communication
- Assist engineers, survey teams, and designers in preparing and revising drawings, layouts, and schematics for project approval
- Review design drawings, sketches, and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations
- Incorporate revisions, markups, and changes into existing drawings and plans as directed by the construction team
- Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate drawing production and ensure alignment with project requirements and schedules
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify drawing requirements, resolve design issues, and address feedback or revisions
- Conduct quality checks on drawings and plans to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Verify dimensions, annotations, and other drawing details to minimize errors and discrepancies and maintain drawing integrity
- Document and maintain drawing archives, revisions, and versions in accordance with company standards and procedures

- مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية والرسومات التخطيطية والوثائق للتأكد من الدقة والاكتفاء والامتثال للمعايير واللوائح
- دمج التنقيحات والملاحظات والتغييرات في الرسومات والخطط الحالية وفقًا لتوجيهات فريق البناء
- التعاون مع فريق البناء لتنسيق إنتاج الرسومات وضمان التوافق مع متطلبات المشروع والجداول الزمنية
- التواصل بفعالية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لتوضيح متطلبات الرسومات وحل المشكلات التصميمية ومعالجة الملاحظات أو التنقيحات
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة على الرسومات والخطط للتأكد من الدقة والاتساق والامتثال للمعايير الصناعية ومواصفات المشروع
- التحقق من الأبعاد والتعليقات وتفاصيل الرسومات الأخرى لتقليل الأخطاء والتناقضات والحفاظ على سلامة الرسومات
- توثيق وصيانة أرشيف الرسومات والتنقيحات والإصدارات وفقًا لمعايير وإجراءات الشركة
