Job Description and main responsibilities
1 Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring sales goals are met and exceeded.
2 Develop sales strategies and set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
3 Conduct regular training for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
4 Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates, providing direction and performance feedback.
5 Schedule and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
6 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute store promotions, events, and campaigns.
7 Manage in-store displays, signage, and other promotional materials to align with brand standards.
8 Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving any escalated customer issues promptly.
9 Implement customer loyalty programs and reward systems to retain and attract customers.
10 Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock replenishment.
11 Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate product display and pricing.
12 Address any stock-related issues to minimize losses and optimize product
availability.
- 13 Prepare sales, inventory, and marketing performance reports for upper management.
Qualifications :
Good in Microsoft programs .
Experience in the retail fields .
Bilingual ( Good in Arabic & English – Writing , Speaking & reading)
