Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Packaging: Prepare and package products according to company guidelines, ensuring items are neatly and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Labeling: Apply accurate and clear labels to packaged products, ensuring all required information such as product description, weight, and batch numbers are correctly displayed.
- Quality Control: Inspect items before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards and remove defective or damaged products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor packaging supplies (e.g., boxes, tapes, labels) and report low stock to supervisors for replenishment.
- Assembly Line Support: Assist in product preparation, packing, and organization for delivery or storage.
- Shipping Preparation: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure packaged goods are sorted correctly, loaded, and dispatched on time.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards during the packaging process to avoid injuries or product damage.
- Efficiency: Meet daily or weekly packaging targets while maintaining an organized workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaged products, quantities, and batch information for inventory and shipment tracking.
- Equipment Operation: Operate packaging equipment and ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD 200 – KD 300 per month

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تعبئة المنتجات: تجهيز وتعبئة المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة، مع ضمان تغليفها بشكل آمن ومناسب لمنع التلف أثناء الشحن.
- وضع الملصقات: تطبيق ملصقات واضحة ودقيقة على المنتجات المعبأة، مع التأكد من عرض جميع المعلومات المطلوبة مثل وصف المنتج، الوزن، وأرقام الدُفعات.
- ضمان الجودة: فحص المنتجات قبل التعبئة لضمان توافقها مع معايير الجودة وإزالة المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة.
- إدارة المخزون: مراقبة مستلزمات التعبئة (مثل الصناديق، الأشرطة، الملصقات) وإبلاغ المشرفين في حالة نقص المخزون لإعادة التوريد.
- دعم خط الإنتاج: المساعدة في تجهيز المنتجات وتعبئتها وتنظيمها للتسليم أو التخزين.
- تحضير الشحنات: التعاون مع فريق الشحن لضمان فرز المنتجات المعبأة بشكل صحيح وتحميلها وتجهيزها للإرسال في الوقت المحدد.
- الامتثال للسلامة: الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة أثناء عملية التعبئة لتجنب الإصابات أو تلف المنتجات.
- الكفاءة: تحقيق أهداف التعبئة اليومية أو الأسبوعية مع الحفاظ على سير العمل المنظم.
- التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمنتجات المعبأة والكميات ومعلومات الدُفعات لتتبع المخزون والشحنات.
- تشغيل المعدات: تشغيل معدات التعبئة وضمان الاستخدام والصيانة السليمة للأدوات والآلات المستخدمة.
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
الراتب: 200 – 300 دينار كويتي شهريًا
