- 7-8 years of working experience in Data Science & AI.
- Telecom data science experience is a big plus.
- Expertise in data Science Methodology and processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AA model specs.
Requirements:
- Required years of experience of delivering results for CVM function in telecommunications sector
- 3-4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of the telecom sector, analytics, CVM tools & techniques
- Creative flair and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to understand and execute the measurement of results and act appropriately to improve efforts
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent command of both written and verbal EnglishDemonstrated knowledge in the following required:
- CVM retention
- Understanding business segments across liability / asset products, and provide integrated campaign services/solutions across multiple channels to meet business goals
- Work with internal teams including Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Marketing to define campaign requirements including testing and analytical protocols to ensure reliable results in retention.
- Experience in Telecom/Marketing/Analytics
- Analytical skills & ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit
- Minimum 3-4 years marketing experience in Telecom sector
- Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language
- Proven track of leading and achieving in P&L assignments
- Solid acumen of Financial KPIs and analytical KPIs
- Experienced in managing projects that includes multiple stakeholders
- Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic an advantage.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.Strong experience in CVM activities, Churn Management, Proactive retention, Reactive retention
- Direct product development and portfolio management.
- Ideally Mobile and Fixed Telco experience and also some IT products and services.
Job specific technical Skills:
- 5+ years required experience in Commercial Support/Telecommunication or a similar or related function.
- Team building and coaching skills.
- Skills in project management.
- Knowledge of the Telecom industry would be an advantage.
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
- Good command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage.

- Required 5-6 years of experience

- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ Computer/ Electronics Engineering or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute.
- Degree shall be duly approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers
- Hands-on experience in Core & VAS Planning, Designing and engineering including managerial skill sets and Project Management experience.
- Required experience with telecommunication network elements such as Circuit Core, Evolved Packet Core (Including PCRF/PCEF/DPI) / 5GC, HLR/HSS, IMS Core and other Core Network Elements (STP, DSR, Entitlement Server, e-SIM, and NFV/SDN inclusive of infrastructure) and Value Added Services (VAS)
- Advanced working knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G technologies
- Expertise in IP concept
- Ability to apply diverse knowledge of engineering principles within broad assignments making independent engineering decisions evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification using advanced engineering techniques and procedures.
