Corporate Counsel, Corporate Securities & Acquisitions
About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel with a strong background in corporate governance and securities law, particularly in the MEA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and legal entity compliance across the region. This role requires a proactive and highly motivated legal professional who thrives in a high-performing corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with local and international regulations for legal entities in the MEA region.
- Oversee the establishment, merger, dissolution, and ongoing compliance of legal entities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate approval documents.
- Work closely with regulatory authorities across the region to ensure legal compliance.
- Support cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on corporate governance, securities, and acquisitions matters.
