- More than 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a preferred experience working in the PMO environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a certified university.
- Age should not be more than 50 years.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management Methodologies such as: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,.. etc
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft programs specially MS Project.
- Experience in problem-solving
- Able to manage resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.
- Able to analyze information and glean insights from data.
- Able to Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
- Able to Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities.
- Able to Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Able to use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Able to conduct risk assessments for projects.
- Able to organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
- Able to speak, read and write in English and Arabic.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that they align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing risk management plans and ensuring that they are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular project status reports the PMO Manager and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Documenting the outputs of each project in Arabic or English as required.
Pay: Up to KD1,000.000 per month
