• Work under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer.
• Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients.
• Preparing detailed drawings for construction and design documents.
• Creating 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
• Collaborating with other architects, and engineers.
• Conducting site visits and inspections

• Good communication skill (English & Arabic).
• Professional work ethic and appearance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion and SketchUp.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task with time management skills.
• Ability to read engineering/ or architectural plans.
• Adhere to company policies and timekeeping.
• Consistency meet assigned deadlines.
