Customer Service Engineer
About the Job:
As a Customer Service Engineer at Swisslog Healthcare, you will be responsible for all customer support duties related to Swisslog products (AMTS and ADMS). This includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, emergency service, on-call services, and promoting company products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team and maximize your potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and regular customer care visits.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services and monitor product performance to improve customer satisfaction.
- Train customers on system and light maintenance operations while identifying opportunities to add value to customer installations.
- Report any product quality issues or problems to the Customer Service Manager.
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork such as Service Work Orders, Expense Reports, Downtime Reports, and Start-Up Logs promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering.
- Related experience or equivalent.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Computer-literate, with experience in Windows applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Flexibility to work night shifts when necessary.

- إكمال الأوراق الإدارية المطلوبة مثل أوامر عمل الخدمة، تقارير المصروفات، تقارير التعطل، وسجلات البدء في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكاترونيات أو الهندسة الإلكترونية.
- خبرة ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية والمخططات الكهربائية.
- الإلمام بالحاسوب، مع خبرة في تطبيقات Windows.
- مهارات شخصية وتواصلية استثنائية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- المرونة للعمل في النوبات الليلية عند الضرورة.
