Position: Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in casual dining or restaurant marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, focusing on brand development, customer engagement, and driving foot traffic through innovative marketing strategies.
Role Description:
- Develop business strategies for the restaurant chain.
- Conduct extensive analysis covering all sales aspects and prepare the marketing plan aligned with the brand vision and objectives.
- Establish an overall business strategy that includes product development, communication strategy, budgeting, event calendar, digital media, social media, and promotional activities in collaboration with local media and agencies.
- Manage and update the restaurant’s content on the website.
- Create an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure complete administration and execution of all planned events.
- Attend events as required to build relationships with potential customers and explore business opportunities.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
- Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Experience in casual restaurant marketing is required.
- Skills in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and market analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in directing and leading sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of the local market, especially for casual restaurants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns for restaurants or hospitality businesses.

- وضع استراتيجية عمل شاملة تشمل تطوير المنتج، استراتيجية التواصل، الميزانية، جدول الأحداث، وسائل الإعلام الرقمية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والأنشطة الترويجية بالتعاون مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية والوكالات الإعلامية.
- إدارة وتحديث محتوى المطعم على الموقع الإلكتروني.
- تنظيم جدول للأحداث لزيادة العائد وضمان الإدارة والتنفيذ الكامل لجميع الأحداث المخطط لها.
- حضور الفعاليات حسب الحاجة لبناء علاقات مع شبكة من العملاء المحتملين واستكشاف الفرص التجارية.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق المحلية ونشاط المنافسين لتحديد فرص العمل.
- استقبال وتحويل الاستفسارات الواردة لتحقيق الأهداف وزيادة الإيرادات.
- خبرة في تسويق المطاعم غير الرسمية مطلوبة.
- مهارات في تطوير استراتيجية التسويق، إدارة الحملات، وتحليل السوق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في توجيه وقيادة المبيعات والتسويق.
- معرفة بالسوق المحلي، خاصة بالنسبة للمطاعم غير الرسمية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بالتعاون ضمن فريق.
- درجة بكاليوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- سجل مثبت في تطوير حملات تسويقية ناجحة للمطاعم أو الأعمال الضيافية.
