- Assessing patients and gaining their trust.
- Planning and delivering patients’ care.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products
- Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
- Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
- Help clients find products they’re looking for
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
- Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying
- Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
- Inform customers on prices and special offers

- Implement Business Division’s policies and procedures and comply with AAW’s other policies.
- Greet customers at showroom and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to customers.
- Generate sales of all products of the Showroom to help achieve the overall sales targets while enhancing the customer service provided at all times.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors as well as monitor movement of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandizing Team to implement showroom display and visual merchandising to the highest standards as per business guidelines.
- Coordinate all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients.

The roles and responsibilities of a delivery coordinator focus primarily on the function of delivering products according to customer orders and deadlines. They use data processing applications to review orders, check for accuracy, pack or process orders, and ensure timely delivery. Product Specialist Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of rival companies.
- Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.
- Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development of business plans.
- Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
- Create visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, banners, social media content, website elements, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, typography, and color schemes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other departments to understand requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and present innovative design ideas and concepts for various campaigns and projects.
- Revise existing designs to meet new requirements or refresh outdated materials.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make the necessary adjustments to designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and programming
- Experience working with large and complex datasets in the retail and FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
