  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, SM ,cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of ERP and other Business Solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, Pre-Sales , and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM , Oracle Suite, Other ERP’s and its applications, it will be an added advantage to know Customer Experience (CX) Solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
