Shop Keeping and Store Standards
– Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
– Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement,signage, neat and well folded,arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc)
– Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display
– Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements
B2B (Business-to-Business) Executive for Home Centre
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is required
- Previous and relevant experience in furniture business is required
- Presently handling B2B sales in furniture business is required
- Candidate should be available in Kuwait (locally available)
- Sourcing, developing, and maintaining good business relationships with key business clients
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Developing sales strategies and campaigns

- • Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets
- • Maximize sales and profitability of the concept
- • Maximize productivity targets (sales per sq.ft, ATV, Conversion etc.)
- • Formulate and implement retail strategies and procedures
- • Control costs within budgetary guidelines
- • Identify internal and external commercial opportunities
- • Ensure effective Stock and Space Management
- • Conduct SWOT review to analyze the customer profile
- • Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities
- • Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER
• Support Sales team in creation of a stylistically strong concept for the client that offers visual and functional solutions of Home Centre products to meet client satisfaction • Ensure customer commitments are met on time through follow-ups on purchases/orders/deliveries and addressing issues (if any) • Ensure all client design specifications are duly met through follow up communication, home visits and set up and customer feedback on the service provided.

- • Effective time management of self and subordinates
- • To plan the monthly staff rotation of the store
- • Identify store training requirements and conduct relevant training
- • Dealing with staff related administrative issues.
- • Ensure all disciplinary procedures and staff movements are directed through the CM.
