About the Job:
Fahad ALboloshi Group, based in Kuwait City, is led by former Fatwa and Legislation Management Advisor Lawyer Fahad ALboloshi. The group is supported by a team of legal advisors, lawyers, and legal experts. The firm provides legal consultations across financial, administrative, and media sectors.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer at Fahad ALboloshi Group in Kuwait City. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal consultations, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and offering legal advice on various matters.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Legal Consultation, Legal Representation, and Legal Documentation.
- Experience in conducting Legal Research.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
- Law degree from an accredited law school.

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل وفي مقر الشركة لمجموعة فهد البلوشي في مدينة الكويت. سيكون المحامي مسؤولًا عن تقديم الاستشارات القانونية، تمثيل العملاء أمام المحاكم، إعداد الوثائق القانونية، إجراء البحوث القانونية، وتقديم المشورة القانونية في مختلف المسائل.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة في الاستشارات القانونية، التمثيل القانوني، وتوثيق الوثائق القانونية.
- خبرة في إجراء البحوث القانونية.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي واللفظي.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح الكويتية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة معتمدة.
