- Help the Commis 1 / Chef de Partie to prepares and properly sets up food orders in accordance with recipes and proper presentation
- Prepares basic dishes as requested in his own section
- Help to sets up lunch and dinner buffets according to Chef de Partie instructions
- Sets up “mise-en-place” for own station
- Ensures that spoilage and wastage is kept to a strict minimum
- Check & follow-up with supervisor to ensure proper preparation & presentation of food
- Stores food in a proper way, covered & dated, using “First In First Out” principle
- Ensures that food from own station is ready & delivered on time
- Follows proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices at any time.
- Refers to station’s file & standards for all preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes prepared in his section
- Work as a team with Chef de Partie to take every opportunity to learn and improve your skills, asking for help f needed to deliver a “Yes I Can“ service
Requirements of the Security Supervisor:
- Experience in safety & security
- Experience in safety & security audits
- Good administrative skills
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
