Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations whenever required.
- Ensure cordial hospitality is accorded to all guests and visitors.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as filing and retrieving documents to support record keeping process; collecting, sorting or preparing mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on security protocols and procedures.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a workshop setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to perform accurate repairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance.
