We help our clients in getting the necessary approvals and licenses where required. Our office currently employs over 140 highly qualified professionals specializing in the different professional and consulting fields and other services.  Our staff in Kuwait office is of diverse nationalities, backgrounds and experiences  and this enables us to maintain a high level of expertise while ensuring that we have local and expatriate employees that possess a complete understanding of the local environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address key business risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and evaluate financial statements, accounting records, and systems to assess compliance with standards.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and business efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve audit-related issues and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in audit and assurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, conferences
  • Maintain logs and controls of incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Keep our data and CRM system up-to-date.
  • Assist in formatting letters and proposals
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Coordinate with staff
  • Past experience in working in similar role
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive IT and cyber security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
  • Support compliance efforts related to regulations and standards such as ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and provide practical recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
  • Assist in the development of IT audit plans, programs, and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, threats, and advancements in cyber security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT auditing, cyber security, or a related role.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT audit principles, practices, and tools.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
