Position: Helpdesk Operator
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for PAI users reporting service disruptions or requesting services.
- Record, classify, match, prioritize, route, resolve (unless escalated to other support groups), and close incidents.
- Monitor and track incidents, providing customer updates as needed.
- Attempt to resolve incidents using knowledge base articles and previous experience.
- Accurately track incident progress and maintain ongoing communication with users regarding status.
- Monitor existing network components.
- Document resolutions to ensure clarity and future reference.
