Female Sales Specialist
Full Job Description:
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Provide information about our Gym.
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals.
- Perform Membership sale closing procedures including application & contract.
Job Requirements:
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Customer service attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Flexible to work on a rotational basis.
- English & Arabic speaker.
- Sales experience is a PLUS.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: KD200.000 – KD300.000 per month

- إدارة الحجوزات عبر الإنترنت والهاتف.
- إبلاغ العملاء بطرق الدفع والتحقق من بيانات بطاقات الائتمان الخاصة بهم.
- تسجيل الضيوف من خلال جمع المعلومات اللازمة.
- استقبال الضيوف عند وصولهم.
- تقديم معلومات حول صالة الألعاب الرياضية الخاصة بنا.
- الرد على شكاوى العملاء بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على برامج المبيعات والاحتفاظ بالعضوية لتحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف المالية للعضوية.
- إتمام إجراءات بيع العضوية بما في ذلك التقديم والعقد.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة عمل كوكيلة استقبال أو موظفة مبيعات أو دور مماثل.
- قدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.
- المرونة للعمل بنظام التناوب.
- تجيد اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- تعتبر خبرة المبيعات ميزة إضافية.
أنواع الوظائف: دوام كامل، عقد
مدة العقد: 12 شهرًا
الراتب: 200.000 – 300.000 د.ك شهريًا
