We are seeking a dedicated Aviation Senior Operations Manager to join our team. If you have extensive experience
in aviation security, this is your chance to ensure that security standards are met at the highest level. This role involves delivering key training aspects, managing compliance, and developing relationships with key stakeholders like Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Ministry of Interior (MOI).

Responsibilities
- Ensure aviation security standards are met and delivered to the highest standard.
- Manage the front-line delivery of all aviation security training aspects for contract tasks.
- Oversee compliance with national and international aviation security programs, SOPs, and audit systems.
- Collaborate with DGCA, MOI, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Structure, design, and implement security training for staff, including the use of x-ray screening, CT, and ETD technologies.

- ضمان تلبية أعلى معايير أمن الطيران.
- إدارة تقديم التدريب الأمني على الخطوط الأمامية لجميع جوانب العقود.
- الإشراف على الامتثال للبرامج الأمنية الوطنية والدولية وأنظمة التشغيل القياسية.
- التعاون مع الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني ووزارة الداخلية لتطوير علاقات قوية.
- تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية تتضمن تكنولوجيا فحص الأمتعة وأجهزة الكشف بالأشعة السينية.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of aviation security experience in an airport environment.
- Familiarity with ICAO, EC, and international best practice standards in aviation security.
- Experience managing staff in a 24/7 roster and delivering on key performance indicators.

- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في أمن الطيران داخل بيئة مطار.
- معرفة بمعايير منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (ICAO) والمفوضية الأوروبية وأفضل الممارسات العالمية.
