  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HCM Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HCM.
  • Knowledge of HCM Cloud solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Arabic Language is a must.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law, and VAT is a plus

Requirements :

  • Configuration and maintenance of RFID door access control systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain and manage the CCTV Video Management Systems (VMS), conducting regular audits, and performing necessary upgrades and repairs.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of various infrastructure alarming systems, ensuring rapid response to any alarms or system failures.
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of new security and infrastructure monitoring systems based on the needs of the organization
  • Troubleshoot system issues promptly, including both hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure system integration and uphold network security protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to technical staff on control systems, developing user guides and other training materials as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, PHP, PL/SQL, SQL, TypeScript.
  • Experience working with front-end frameworks such as Angular, AngularJS and related tooling, and back-end frameworks like Node.js and PHP.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker Kubernetes, Git and AWS.
  • Familiarity with SaaS cloud solutions and their integration.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and other modern ORM tools.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with web services such as RESTful APIs and SOAP.
  • Experience with desktop app development using WinForms.
  • Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including CSS and HTML 5, as well as UI frameworks like Angular Material and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with server-side scripting languages such MVC, Razor, and WEB FORMS.
  • Experience with real-time communication technologies such as WebSocket and SignalR.
  • Familiarity with identity management tools such as ASP.NET Identity.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12, Oracle Cloud Fusion
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging skills.
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodology

Required Professional Skills. 

  • Knowledge on basic SQL will be an advantage
  • Maintenance of Data entry Forms, business rules, Calculation scripts, Groovy Scripts, Application support, Financial, CAPEX and workforce planning. Working Knowledge of Financial Reporting (FR)
  • Knowledge on operation of Smart view in Excel, ability to use Adhoc grids to troubleshoot data related issues and Operations support for Oracle Hyperion, Planning and Budgeting applications
  • Knowledge in Metadata maintenance
  • Analytical Skills to validate data in Smartview and troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge in Essbase database & backup recovery and Migration between environments.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator and FDMEE.
  • Smart view installation on End User desktops and other issues related to browser usage of EPM.
  • Operations support for Oracle Hyperion, Planning and Budgeting applications
  • Periodical data upload to Essbase
  • Working on Cloud EPM is an advantage.

  • Proven experience as an ICT Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on Telecom.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunication technologies, including network protocols, voice and data communication systems, and network security principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues that affect voice communication.
  • Experience with telecommunication equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems.
  • Knowledge of Avaya core platform.

 Required professional Skills.:

  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications are required to demonstrate proficiency in IT service management and project management.
  • A strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting is necessary. Familiarity with various operating systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools is advantageous.
  • ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
  •  Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, team members, and other stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrative or any relevant field 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Bilingual) 
  • Negotiation skills, presentation skills, communication skills, Analytical Skills and well versed in MS office. 
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) 
  • Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations – KEPA & PAI.
  • Support Yard / Environment Supervisor in waste management activities and coordinate these day-to-day Backyard activities during the absence of Supervisor as his replacement.
  • Maintain and update all EMS documents, internal and external record files.
  • Assist in preparation and conducting of internal environmental audits, while participating in external EMS certification audits.
  • Prepare monthly and annual environmental reports, while maintaining other related documents.

Required Professional Skills. 

  • 3 years of experience in dairy product development or dairy processing
  • Strong knowledge of dairy technology, processing techniques, and equipment
  • Experience conducting pilot plant trials and scaling up to commercial production 

Required Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in working with MS office programs
  • Basic Knowledge of working with AutoCAD and Mechanical Drawing Software’s
  • Basic understanding of Project Management Tools & Methodologies 
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is crucial for conveying ideas, discussing designs, presenting reports, and collaborating with colleagues and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Mechanical engineers often encounter complex problems that require analytical thinking, creativity, and systematic problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management techniques such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.

Required Professional Skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to guide and mentor sales teams effectively.

Plant Maintenance Responsibilities  

  • Monitoring & Optimizing Preventive Maintenance Program in Maximo.
  • Co-coordinating with Production for executing Preventive Maintenance at the daily Production Meeting
  • Attend and analyze the root cause for Selective Maintenance and Breakdowns
  • Optimizing of Recombining to achieve better efficiency and low wastages.
  • Ensure Critical parameters are maintained.
  • Ensure that Preventive Maintenance schedules are maintained.
  • Plans, follow-up and control of works as scheduled
  • Ensures Preventive Maintenance works are performed and consumption of spare parts and other materials monitored into Maximo.
