About the Company
Del-Ponte is a Career Advisory and Consulting Referral Boutique Firm operating across the GCC and the Middle East. Our client is a top-three audit, tax, and consulting firm in Kuwait, part of a global network with member firms in over 156 countries. We are assisting with their current expansion and hiring needs.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager/Director will play a critical role in the Tax Department, bringing in-depth expertise in direct tax. This position involves managing complex tax consulting projects, building strong client relationships, and leading business development initiatives. The candidate should have a proven track record in direct tax, particularly in corporate and international tax, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the evolving tax landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tax authorities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
- Oversee the delivery of complex tax consulting projects
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional development
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at creating innovative tax solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CTA) are advantageous
- Extensive expertise in direct tax, focusing on corporate and international tax
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven experience in business development and securing client engagements
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Familiarity with Pillar Two rules and experience in transfer pricing and CbCR is highly desirable

المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ تعتبر الشهادات المهنية (CPA, ACCA, CTA) ميزة إضافية
- خبرة واسعة في الضرائب المباشرة مع التركيز على ضرائب الشركات والضرائب الدولية
- مهارات تواصل قوية، سواء الكتابية أو الشفوية
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال وتأمين مشاركة العملاء
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع معقدة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية تحت الضغط
- المعرفة بقواعد “Pillar Two” والخبرة في التسعير التحويلي وCbCR
