We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for excellence in field operations. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating field activities while supporting the development and competency of our team.

- Manage and coordinate field activities in Wireline services.
- Support competency development for the team.
- Lead and influence others, ensuring high-quality performance in the field.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and leadership.
المسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق الأنشطة الميدانية في خدمات السلكية.
- دعم تطوير كفاءة الفريق.
- قيادة الفريق والتأثير على الآخرين لضمان أداء عالي الجودة في الميدان.
- الحفاظ على التواصل الفعّال مع الفريق والإدارة.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireline services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
الشروط
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمات السلكية.
- إتقان برامج Microsoft Office والمهارات الحاسوبية العامة.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والعلاقات الشخصية.
