- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets.
- Strong knowledge of leasing and real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
