- Assist in writing articles, blog posts, social media captions, and website copy.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and infographics.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style.
- Stay updated on industry trends, news, and emerging topics relevant to the target audience.
- Use visual elements to enhance storytelling and engage the audience.
- Adapt content for different social media platforms, tailoring it to specific audience preferences.
- Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments.

- Work closely with marketing and communication teams to align content with campaigns.

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience or a fresh university graduate in a relevant discipline (communications, marketing).
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with various social media and web communication tools are required.
- Bi-lingual in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Moderate skill in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Expertise in creating Reels.
- Self-motivated with a track record in social media content development and customer service communication over digital channels.
