Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving tuition payments and giving receipts
- Preparing reimbursements
- Preparing teacher accounts
- Preparing and posting journal vouchers
- Preparing depreciation and other year closing transactions
- Reconciling invoices with school orders
- Overseeing the status of overseas creditors and orders
- Preparing accounting ledgers
- Posting receipts in parent accounts onto the school system
- Providing cash reimbursements with cash payment vouchers
- Reconciling daily cash and checks
- Handling daily cash receiving and reconciliation forms
- Preparing all banking concerns
- Preparing correspondences as required
- Performing all related duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree—Finance/Accounting/Related fields
- Two-Years’ Previous Related Experience
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong Social Skills
- Effective Written and Oral Communication
- Arabic and English Bilingual
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft word, excel, etc)

- Teaching licensure / certification
- Two-years of teaching experience
- MYP Experience Preferred
