- Create Fleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommended fleet channels per Business Plan.
- Report, Manage & Supervise Fleet Sales Strategy to achieve targets.
- Co-ordinate After Sales solutions as and when needed.
- Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
- Responsible for generating high fleet sales per Business Plan.
- Identify right fleet segments; set plan for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline.
- Co-ordinate with Principles.
- Pro-active Lead Management to maintain and build healthy pipelines for all Brands.
- Introduce Customer operations and Service Managers to fleet customers.
- Performs other tasks as directed the Division Manager and/or per business needs.
- 3- 5 years’ related experience in a managerial level in automotive field.
- Good educational background.
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak).
- Good Presentation Skills; usage of right tools for Business Development.
- Age group below 40 years
- Must have valid Kuwait driver’s license
- Transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa); Kuwait based
- Opening new accounts and market network expansion is key.
- Build relationship with dealers to improvise sales.
- Improvise on stocks availability and cross selling on schemes.
- Market information and detail reporting on day to day affairs in market.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ local experience in related field
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering)
- Has good negotiating skills, customer relationship

- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers in our premises to make decisions on their vehicles rental and leasing requirements.
- Contact customers regularly to retain & increase leasing business for all brands.
- Planning weekly/ monthly and yearly activities and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Achieving sales and profit objectives as defined by the Manager/Management.
- Promoting the brand, initiating new clients & business.
- Establishing and maintaining relations with clients to improve repetitive business.
- Facilitate and guide the clients for their requirements.
- Gather and analyze competitor’s business activities and new products.
- Maintaining sales records and preparing sales reports.
- Developing and maintaining existing client accounts, updating them about new offers and promotions to ensure repeat business.
- Follow-up for the leasing contract renewal periodically with customers.
- Follow up on the payments from customers periodically.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Division Manager/Management per business needs.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ related local market experience
- Excellent selling techniques; good negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
- Age group: Below 35 years
- University Graduate (preferably Mechanical / Chemical Engineer)

- Minimum 3-5 years’ related local dealership experience.
