Job Description
- This position will assist Group Head SAM & Legal and will manage legal matters and non-performing portfolio at PKIC;
- Negotiate with NPLs clients to reach settlement agreements;
- Brainstorm measures to enhance recovery performance of non-performing accounts and/or referred accounts by Corporate Finance;
- Provide support to Group Head in periodic statutory and regulatory reports and attending different court proceedings of under litigation accounts;
- Communicate with legal firm for NPL portfolio or in regards to legal advice;
- Make efforts to maintain delinquency ratio as per the company’s requirement and strategy;
- Assist Group Head in preparation of SAM presentation to BoD and subcommittees.
- Provide in-house legal advice to all support functions as per nature of query and legal regime;
- Review and vet documents, undertakings, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
