- 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and data analysis to drive client success.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (writing, reading, and speaking) to manage communications for clients across diverse audiences.
