- Lead and manage a studio of around 15 designers, specializing in either Workplace or Hospitality projects.
- Deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary design teams to achieve top performance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in leading interior design teams.
- Expertise in managing Workplace or Hospitality projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
- Proficiency in design software and BIM technology.
- Comprehensive medical and life insurance.
