I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. (IBC) is a construction company formed from family gathering . 

The company has successfully operated in the Kuwait area for the past ten years working on Fit-out Projects, focusing on residential & Commercial projects.  ↔️

With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market to the larger fit-out projects. 

This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and software development integration. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing architectural plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of software solutions into architectural designs.

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Project Management expertise
• Software Development and Integration knowledge
• Experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Experiance in archetictural software programs such as : 3D max , lumian ,revet and autocad 3D.
