- Communicate with customers for Job Cards Status
- Handling finished foods delivery back to customers
- Internal Administrative work inside the Service Centre covering Job Cards, daily reports and follow-up

- Three years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of spoken English, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
- Kuwaiti driving license will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
• Targeting and identifying new customers
• Meeting with customers to introduce services
• Attend customer inquiries and questions
• Keeping up to date customer records and database
• Promoting provided services to meet sales target
• Being up to date with market changes and supports management in predicting sales trends accordingly
• Present, promote and sell product / service to existing and new customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
• Achieving agreed on sales target and outcomes
• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential customers
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problem and come up with solutions.

• Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed.
• Supporting Recruitment and On-boarding processes; ensures delivery of quality hires

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate with Alghanim business units and Overseas suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival.
- Prepare clearance documents prior to arrival for faster delivery of shipment to warehouse.
- Co-ordinate with the Alghanim business units and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments.
- Verify all sea, land and ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.
- Update shipment milestones daily on SCM ERP for tracking shipment status on real time basis, providing shipment visibility to the Alghanim business units through our website.
- To maintain physical filing & eFiling system with the entire original documents received along with Invoices, Cash Receipts and Delivery notes.
