- The Group Enterprise Architecture (EA) function within Alghanim Industries IT is responsible for providing architecture oversight and guidance across the entire application and technology landscape, aligned to the tactical and strategic business initiatives.
Preferred Education & Experience:
• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Sociology or Criminology.
• Must have completed the Certified Internal Auditor Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within internal audit.
• Experience in retail industry is preferred.
• Some line responsibility or project management experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of local language is preferable.
- To deliver maintenance costs to budget and to analyze and deliver efficient optimization of maintenance costs.
- Engage in and monitor operations and various aspects of maintenance, repair and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Oversee work order process from request to completion.
- Develop MEP job plans and maintenance checklists and ensure consistent and high-quality results.
- Establish and implement maintenance schedules, including routine checks, servicing and overhauls to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.
- Monitor asset condition and functionality and ensure asset performance is up to standards.
- Develop, schedule and regularly review MEP preventive maintenance program to ensure minimal breakdown and address issues that arise during operation and take charge of resolution.
- Implement best practice maintenance techniques to improve reliability efficiency.
- Analysis of OEE and CMMS data, identify and implement reliability improvement programs to ensure equipment performance meets business needs and plant maintenance strategy targets.
- Interact with MEW departments and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate with and supervise external vendors for specialized maintenance requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MEP systems including HVAC, lifts, escalators, Plumbing systems, pumps, Fire Protection, Electrical systems, generators, Lighting, Access Control and CCTV.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of MEP systems.
- Respond promptly to MEP-related emergencies and implement corrective measures.
- B. Tech./ B.E. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of MEP operation & maintenance practical experience.
- Leadership and line management experience to supervise maintenance teams, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
- Familiar with MEW rules & regulations, procedures of approvals, code of practice and specifications of electrical installations.
- Familiar with MEP Preventive Maintenance Programs.
- Essential familiar with MEP operation, troubleshooting and repairing practices for commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiar with cables and switchgear installations.
- Good understanding of substation and HV installations and equipment.
