About the Job
Role Summary
This role involves managing relationships with partners and enhancing their growth within the kitchen, aiming to achieve order and AOV (Average Order Value) targets across multiple sales channels. The Specialist will also work on developing virtual brands with each partner.
Role Scope:
- Oversee the onboarding of new brands joining Delivery Hero Kitchens alongside partner acquisition specialists.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to implement innovative marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the weekly performance of brands, advising on improvement strategies.
- Identify competitive advantages and opportunities for Delivery Hero partners.
- Lead the creation and launch of virtual brands for kitchen partners.
- Manage cross-functional collaborations with internal stakeholders and departments such as Logistics, Marketing, Product, and Business Analytics.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, food tech, or F&B industry, with experience in cloud kitchen growth highly recommended.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills in using and interpreting data.
- Proactive, independent problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with Arabic as a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Preferred experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in handling internal food safety training.

- تنفيذ المهام التي يُكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التجارة الإلكترونية أو التكنولوجيا الغذائية أو صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات، ويفضل خبرة في نمو المطابخ السحابية.
- يعتمد على البيانات ويتمتع بمهارات تحليل البيانات.
- يتمتع بروح المبادرة وحل المشكلات بشكل مستقل.
- يتحدث اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (كتابة وتحدثًا)، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة متقدمة في استخدام MS Office، وخاصة MS Excel.
- يفضل الخبرة في أدوات تحليل البيانات مثل Looker أو Tableau.
- يتمتع بمهارات اتصال ممتازة (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- لديه سجل مثبت في التدريب الداخلي على سلامة الأغذية.
