About the Job
You will negotiate with clients, present creative menus, and coordinate with our sales and catering teams to maximize both revenue and client satisfaction. Your focus will be on managing social functions, particularly weddings, while ensuring all details are handled to the highest standards.
- Negotiate with clients to meet both financial goals and client needs
- Coordinate with sales and catering to optimize function space usage
- Finalize event requirements and communicate effectively with hotel departments
- Supervise event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
المسؤوليات
- 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel banquet sales and catering services
- Strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Creative mindset with the ability to work under pressure
